I-Drive adding POIs

I've been searching for awhile now and can't find anything on adding POIs.

I go up to the coal country area of PA. I want to add POIs that don't have addresses. I have GPS locations for all of them. Maps don't even cover alot of these areas. Can I go to these spots and add a place like my portable nav.
