Price Advice: 2010 335i sedan

Looking to purchase the right BMW. Found a 2010 335i blk/saddle with 27,000 miles. Asking price is $33,800 private party sale.

Options include:
Premium package
cold weather
nav, sunroof.
bumper to bumper warranty till 12/13

Mods include:
JB4
dual cone intake
LED angel, fogs, reverse

Is this a fair price considering the limited warranty remaining? Thanks in advance.

A Little more info. Current owner is the second owner of the vehicle.
KBB and Edmunds have it priced at $29,xxx to $30,5xx in excellent condition. Is this an accurate value of the vehicle even though it does not ask for all options or mods?
Any info/ feedback much appreciated.

hope this helps

I actually bought it from a local Toyota dealer. I think I may have just lucked out getting it. They only had it for maybe 3 days before I picked it up. I really think they didn't know exactly what they had, in terms of how it was optioned. All they listed it as was a 335i xdrive with navigation. So I go and see it and find out its pretty much fully optioned (m sport being a real bonus). They also didn't know it had the extended warranty. I only found out after i called a local bmw dealer with the VIN to check the car out.

This car BY FAR was the cheapest car I found. And it's super clean inside and out to boot. I don't want to discourage you with this price, as I do think this was just dumb luck

Good luck!
