question
after reading all the threads about zaino, i would like to give it a try.....any suggestions on what kind of zaino products would be good for a starter like me? i live in an apartment in LA and can't do any car washing here..is it okay if i use a carwash and then apply zaino after? also thinking of using a clay bar with my car.

zfx/z2/z6 three coats of that and your good also if you really want to into it you can use z5 with zfx and then hit it up with a final spray of z8 I think thats pretty good for a first timer

I suppose you could do the carwash else where. Not ideal because you should use dawn for the first wash, but that seems like your only option unless you know a homeowner. I would suggest Z16 (claybar), Z-AIO, Z2pro (car polish), Z8 (spary seal), and Z16 (tire gloss). Should have your car protected and shinin'.

Take a bucket, Dawn, and just use the water at a self-serve car wash. Find one that has a cover so you can dry without spots, then you're pretty close to ready to go. If it's not too far from apt. you can drive it home (gets the last of that water out) then do a wipe with Z6 before putting on the Z2 or Z5 coat(s).

My car is not in bad shape, would you recommend using the Z-5 just to remove any micro scratches that may be present? I also see the Z-8 up there. I went to the Zaino site and they didn't have that in the list of recommended products for the first timer. Is this product worth the extra time and money? Thanks

I use the Z8 quite a bit, as a finishing touch, or after a wash. Spritz an area, wipe with left hand to distribute, flip MF towel over and rub a bit with the right, move on. This is probably one of the easiest Zaino products to use, just a bit more shine than the Z6.
