Weird service light
I jumped in my car this morning and the OBC gave me a red service light when I started the engine. I know I need new pads/rotors (they're actually in the mail) but I also have the red "BRAKE" light in the dash, the one used for the handbrake, even if it's down. I looked in the service menu and it says in red, front brakes need to be changed, -10000 miles. I'm surprised it didn't give an actual warning, i.e. approaching <1k miles or so. Why would it go to -10000? When I replace the sensor after I do the brakes, will a reset fix it?

Seems like you need some new brake pads, ASAP... LOL.
I'm sure after you change out the sensors and reset the service indicator on your car, you'll be absolutely fine
