Speeding Ticket
Got a ticket for going 65 mph in a 50mph zone on 520 measured via "Pacing" (No radar/speed gun) right after the bridge tonight going Westbound.
Ridiculous. Can anyone recommend a lawyer? I'd go to court myself but don't want to deal with it (Would probably cost me more skipping work to go myself). Should be easy to get out of as I've never had any speeding tickets, and I think this ticket is absurd. Thanks! Update: I contacted Fred Hopkins and he got my ticket dismissed. Thanks for all of the referrals everyone! Last edited by Raman335i; 06-27-2013 at 04:56 PM.. |

I had a couple of friends use Heidi Hunt for their speeding tickets. She'll take care of everything for you and you don't even have to show up to court. The cool thing is, if she doesn't win, she'll give your money back. |

Now that's different! And that's really good news for you because if any of the ticket information is incorrect it should be admissible in court.

Dude..Since this is your first ticket, You can defer it. Which means you will be given one year prob period and if you don't get any speeding tickets then your current speeding ticket will be taken away from the records...
This option will be given to you when you show up in court. I dont think lawyer can help you with this thing except you will be paying some G's. PM me so I can send you my number if needed....I have a total of 7 speeding tickets and have lots of experience ..he he :-)) |

I've used Fred Hopkins in the past many of times (3+) and he's gotten every single ticket dismissed and off my record. I can't remember who but I do believe that he was a recommendation from someone on here.

Also try Scott Leist.
(206) 219 5557 He's got a Avvo score of 10.0, he got me off my speeding ticket (dismissed) which I was totally surprised cause I knew I was actually speeding. Expect to pay around $300-$350 for a traffic lawyer tho. GL!

So is the usual going rate of a traffic lawyer in the $300-$400 range? I've paid for two tickets when I was younger at $100 each, but I guess the savings in insurance is worth it already..

I paid $250 but normally its $350 since my lawyer was already doing some other things for me. I've heard my friend paid $300 last year both he and I had great results.
