Does your 328i M Performance exhaust come with a valve?

Would like to ask those that have done this mod, does one of the outlets have the e valve like the stock muffler? Realoem shows otherwise.

Thanks for your reply. I saw your thread and it looks like the valve is there (like the stock muffler). Anyone tried disconnecting this? Wonder if it's like the golf tee mod on the 335..

You can disable it just like the golf t mod but it actually makes a difference in performance. When you step on the gas it closes the flap to build more back pressure for more low end torque. When you hit around 3k rpm and your turbos spool up it opens the flap for more flow.
I could be wrong but that is what I noticed

You get a ghost code when you disable it you wont be able yo clear it like regular codes
