Curb View malfunction and fix

My passenger side mirror is now longer tilting down in reverse. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions?

**EDIT** Make sure mirror switch is in the Drivers position.

try to put the selector of mirror to set in the left side, when that button is in the right side that donīt allow to move down the mirror

Yes...put the button to the left. It should work.
