Rear Tire Rub Point

Looking for a solution to a pretty annoying problem. Maybe one of you guys have had this same problem and developed a remedy.

So here's the deal. On the rear fender, where the bumper meets the fender, my tires are hitting that metal corner. It's not rubbing anywhere else but there. I was thinking about hammering it or something, but it seems like it just needs to be bent.

Anyone have any insight?

btw: fenders are already rolled. wheels are 9.5, et 20 with a 10mm spacer yielding et 10 with a 235/35 tire.

Gotta get creative with a tab relocation. You might be able to bend it out of place, but I know of this happens on a lot of cars. Sometimes people just shave it completely off and relocate the screw further back.
