F14 Super Deep Concave
I was told by local tire shop that 19' F14 Super Deep Concave WON"T fit my 08 335i e92 (without fender modification/ widebody), is that true anyone?
And said most aggressive setup is with regular concave with Front 19 x 8.5, rear 19 x 9.5... |

I've heard the same...unless you do some camber increase in the rear and possibly use tires that are stretched on the 10" wheel. Then bring out your microscope to see how close the tire/fender clearance is?

I mounted my F14 SDCs in the rear yesterday. I have the stock sport suspension and it certainly needs at least a mild fender roll. While it doesn't rub that often, it meets the fender whenever I take a steep uphill. SDCs are now offered in 19 x 9.5 and I see them fit just fine. I think the combination of rear camber plus mild fender roll will work on 19x10 rear (i'm no expert though).

make life easier on yourself and get a fender roll. You can fit up to a 19x9.5 in the front and 19x11 in the rear with the tiniest stretch or 19x9 in the front and 19x10 in the rear no stretch no rubbing

Dont use a bat. Its very hard to get an even roll with it. Ive done it before for mild clearance issues. Even though you cant see it, its super ghetto in the fender. Buy or rent a real roller or take it to a shop.

Forgestar F14 Super Deep Concave will fit no problem on your E92. I have seen it done many times.
Fender rolling is when you push up the sheet metal flap inside your fender well. This flap will rub on the tire if you are running an aggressive wheel and tire setup. If you glide your hand under the fender you can feel that it is not a single sheet, there is a flat piece, this is what you will be pushing or "rolling" up. I suggest getting it rolled on any BMW that wants to go lower with a more aggressive set of wheels. Stretching pertains to the tires. A stretched tire is when you run a narrower diameter tire than wheel. This helps with fender clearances if you want to go more and more aggressive. Here are pictures of a stretched tire and a E92 with F14 SD wheels on. |

thanks for the info guys! ill do the fender roll but i would never stretch my tires. i think that looks terrible! im trying to put super deep concave on my front and rear. Wanted to run a 9.5 front 10 back! dont know if that would be possible on my 2013 e92 coupe! if so i'd buy it right now!

If you really want sdc you'll need to roll your rear fenders and stretch tires. You can't have an aggressive setup without doing some work to get it to fit. For the front you'll need a 9.5 et 18 to clear the brakes (I think you can go with a slightly higher offset. Gunda used et18 and I think he had more than a few mm of clearance). The rear fenders will need to be rolled, and you might need to add some negative camber in the rear.

Did you end up getting what you wanted? Currently looking at SDC in the back (19x10 ET 30), and Deep Concave in the front (19x9.5... not sure on offset maybe 38?)... Need advice!

+1. I'm going to pull the trigger soon on a set. Is the deep concave possible up front without to much fender work? Definetly going sdc in the back. Best sizes?

I haven't pulled the trigger yet, but from looking at a few other threads, it seems like 19x9.5 +32 Deep Concave will work up front (on 235/35 rubber), and 19x10 ET30 SDC on back (on 265/30 rubber), without much/any hassle on standard Sport suspension.

Front 9.5 with et33-28 and 235/35/19. The et38 wont clear your stock shocks inside. Et33 is pretty much the highest offset you can use. Even that might not give enough clearance with coilovers.

Ok. I dont have coilovers so can I make the deep concave fit in front? If anything would I just have to hit the inside fender lip with a grinder a little? I am lowered a little on b&g springs but not coilovers.

Yes 19x9.5 et33-30 will work with 235/35/19 you will have about 2-3mm cap to your shocks. Shouldn't need any kinda modifications to fit it.
