What will fit in the e93 Trunk?

My wife and I are having our first child

We are wondering what stroller will fit in the e93 trunk?

Any parents here have an e93 that they use as a daily driver with a child in the back? Looking for the perfect pairing, stroller and car seat for a new born.

If anyone has any information specifically for an e93 I would greatly appreciate it

I tried searching and saw a few posts on the car seat but not the stroller, and even so wasn't completely specific to e93 experience.

Thanks guys! We are due on July 4th

Have a great weekend all!

Mac.

Grats on the child. I just took the leap to a 328i from a badass R32. Much regret to get into such a crappy car in comparison but the 4 doors are a must to get that baby seat it.

After much research and testing, try out the Baby Jogger Mini GT series at your local Babys R Us. A friend of mine had one and put it into the trunk of my E90 Sedan POS and it fit perfectly. It folds up nicely and fits perfect. Give it a shot.

For a seat I am considering the Cybex Anton. It is made in Germany and super light weight. I have not had the pleasure of trying it out yet but from specs it looks good. I was able to fit the Chicco Keyfit 22 (yea...not the 30 everyone talks about) from a buddy in there just fine.

Thanks man! I'm guessing taking the whole top down should be pretty easy to get the baby in and out of the car just pop right out. Plus since the e93 is a hard top should be safe for the child. Once we have the child we will never take the top down while traveling with the baby.

I'll check out the stroller you mentioned. Hopefully others have experience with the e93 and can chime in.

Thanks!

?

I haven't seen and strollers or baby seats at the dealer.

I'll probably try going to Baby's R Us or Buy Buy Baby and test out some options if they let me.

OP,

The Graco travel unit was the initial set we bought (toys r us), the stroller can fit in a E90, E92 and a E93 with the top up, but kinda tight. (I purchased 2 bases for the infant seat, one for each car)

Also, as my Sophia turned 13 months and 16 Lbs, we decided to put the Graco travel set in the X5 and purchased the baby Jogger (stroller) and also the Britax Marathon Backward facing convertible seat for the E90.

I did tons of research, PM me if you have any question.

Hope that helps.

So I spent some time at Babies'R'Us yesterday, testing different fitments with my e93. I'm glad to report that both Chicco Keyfit Caddy (lengthwise) and Chicco Liteway Plus stroller (sideways) will fit in e93 trunk, provided of course that the partition is in the up position (top up)
