What coilovers?

I'd recommend taking a look at your setup now and measuring how much clearance you have on the inside, between your wheels and your suspension.

anything below 9.5 +33 clears. +35 would touch the strut , +34 is the 1mm in between.

It will just barely clear the coilovers but not sure about your fenders.

mine are 9.5 ET27 and they do not clear a coilover, loads of room for a standard strut, but my FK Highsports need a 5-6 mm spacer.

^what tire size? The rim itself should clear the strut. Your setup will be similar to 9,5 et 21-22, which should give plenty of room.

im on the same fk high sport, you must have tire touching the perch/collar issue.

thats good to here, i ordered 19x9.5 +25 up front should have lots of room. In the rear ill be running 19x11 +30. Do you think the fronts will stick (poke) out more then the rear?

19x11 +30? I think you MIGHT hit the shock? I could be wrong though.

thats a pretty even poke setup if you keep the natural rear camber. The front will poke 6mm @ -.65 and the rear 8mm @ -1.8. If youre ok with that then its good, but i rather have matching camber all around for the aesthetic sakes. 11 +30 will still put you at 25mm away from the shock.

If you decide for plates you can run a 10-11 front. im currently on a 10.5 +15 @-3.6 with 15mm poke. Had i known what i did now 3 years ago i would of gone wider. I would rather you run a set of BC coil due to its fair pricing and flexibility as it comes with plates. Up to date no one complain about its quality or performance (in other car forums as well).

I would recommend you opt for stiffer spring rates all around as most coil setup are 210/550lbs which is fine for a flush setup but its not stiff enough to keep the the wheel from banging on your fenders with a poke setup. If you notice the few members with 9.5/11 +25 on here that their soft suspension is keeping them from going any lower due to fear of fender damage/rub.

BC offers swift spring upgrades options. So the plates/stiffer springs will open up front width possibilities. so its up to you. I posted alot of specs and info on my setup in this thread, if you have time you can look thru it. It didnt happen over night for me, it took lots of trial error broken fenders but im very happy with the results.

ya thanks man, you can search around in here about BC coils and the owners would vouch for them. im not dissing the other "better" branded coils used but givin it price and what im expecting from it, then they no longer fit the bill for my setup. Im not going to spend 1300+ with soft rates without plates that which does support a poke setup.
