Well I drove to California and got my 08 M5. With 29k miles for 42k
There is no comparing it to the 335I. I love the instant power on my 335I but the power band of the m5 is priceless. Its the best lookin and most comfortable car ive ever owned. The looks you get are priceless and it sounds like a ferrari with the eisemann exhaust. Im half way back to seatte getting 20.5 mpg at 80 mph better then I thought

Seeing you are coming from a 335 it will feel very abnormal and almost dangerous to keep the revs above 6k-8250 but that is what you have to do in order to access the power! I love these engines (I have s65 with 8600 rpm's). Its an absolutely glorious sound and feeling to watch the rev's hang out above 6k when in a 335 by the time 6k came you were flat on your face.
Trying to compare the low end in the m5 and you will be somewhat disapointed |

The rear bumper had been painted. The car was at the dealer and a sales guy backed into it at like 3 mph and the dealer repainted it. It was documented and looks good. I was able to tell but only if I got about 2 inches away from the bumper and rocked back and forth in the suns reflection, I was able to spot like 2 tiny fish eyes and factory paint almost never has any But I bet maybe 1 out of 100 people would notice. The owner was blown away that I could tell But oh well its dam near perfect for a 5 year old used beast

When I get home ill post some real pics. Thegu dont do her justice at all And as an added bonus its already lowered. Stock M5s almost look lifted. I hate that look. Id say its lowered 1.5" or so Stance is amazing. The car was in much better shape then I expected

Prepare for daily fill ups when you find out how fun it is to red line at each green light and how the exotic exhaust note attracts the hot college babes.
