Leather steering wheel feeding
Noticed some cracks in the leather on my heated steering wheel, just gave it a good clean and the moisture has closed these up. They are difficult to photograph unfortunately.
Cars only 18 months old so may ask the dealer to have a look, wondered if anyone has had this before and if so did feeding the leather help, if its ok to do that to a steering wheel. |

I don't have heated wheel (unfortunately) in my F10, but have had it in three previous cars and it's not dried out the leather in any way. Cracks in the leather don't sound right to me. I would ask the dealer.

Yes, I have cleaned wheel with autoglym leather cleaner and they seem to have disappeared, I will see if they reappear and if they do I will take it in to the dealer to see what they say.
