New 2011 328xi sedan pricing

Just a shorter version of another post I made but I just wanted to know what's a good price for a brand new 2011 328xi sedan.
I'm in NY and there's a dealership with some new 2011 328xi sedans and here were the options on the car:

black dakota leather
premium package
garage
moonroof
dimming mirrors
power seats
lumbar support
interrior mirror/compass
bmw assist w/enh BT and USB

value package
17"alloy spoke wheels
heated seats
ipod and usb adapter

all wheel drive
steptronic auto trans
heater wheel
transmission type contr
dark burl walnut trim

ambiance lighting

The price on the window was $33998. Is this a good price? Or is it too much?
