it's the same light u get when you put on your e brake but yellow. I'm assuming it means I need to replace my brake pads.
I've been dying to work on my car myself so I thought i'd just replace the brakes myself. However i understand that I need to buy a new sensor too. Is it hard to replace the sensor? Also would it be safe for me to drive my car another week without replacing the pads? I simply don't have time right now, mid terms are right around the corner and im a busy guy. Does the car on a lift also mean i need to replace the brake pads? im just confused because i thought that 1 warning would be enough. |

Your code does meen brakes but this code is very vague. Either your sensors need to be replaced and your pads are fine or maybe your pads are gone...idk. You don't need to change your sensors unless they're giving you false positives. You're going to have to get in there and check it out.
I'm sure you can drive around for a week or so but don't push it or you'll end up buying new rotors etc too.
