Trying to sell my car. I have a Black/Oyster '09 335i Sedan. It has 49k miles. It has the following options:

MSRP on this car was $54,470.
I am looking to sell the car for about $27500 OBO. Blue book for this car is $28,259 for 'very good' condition

Looking to sell relatively soon, I'm a motivator seller looking for serious buyers only. Please don't lowball me, any offers extremely different will be ignored. Dealer is offering $25,000 as of last week so I think you guys know what offers will be considered fair.

Car is located in Dallas,TX.
