Damaged e92 bumper, how to fix????

Stupid me damaged my rear bumper. Please take a look at the picture, let me know if Quixx, or Langka/touch up paint will work on this.

thanks for looking. Yes, my black sapphire is dusty.

probably will require wet sanding and touch-up.
don't do it yerself unless you have experience.

Is wet sanding similar to using a 3000 grit sand paper and quixx? Or using langka and wet sanding?
