My brake light came on today, I did some searching and found that hawk brake pads seem to be good, and was thinking of buying Zimmerman crossed drilled rotors. I'm not looking to spend more than 500$. Anybody recommend something Better. I want the same or better oem feel and not a "mushy" feel on the brake pedal. Thanks!

Stoptech Street Tech Pads and Centric Rotors from Tirerack. Feels like OEM after break in and no fading.

I just ordered the Zimmerman rotors from esc tunning and the stoptech pads from tire rack.

I put Hawk HPS on front and rear with Centric Rotors..... I love the combo. The pads are nice and solid feeling and low dusting. the rotors are painted in the center and edges so they don't rust up and show poorly like the factory rotors. The Centric rotors are better looking and such than the factory. Plus the price was really good $117 shipped for a front set off styling trucks website. I went plain but the same rotors for more money can be drilled or slotted. Seriously I cannot say enough about the look of the rotors being painted and all i cannot see how a better rotor could be made equal yes better no...and the price cannot be beat.
