my idiot pothead brother took off the emblems with a credit card and blow dryer. then there were little scratches so i told him to get scratch remover and fix it and remove the extra glue so he did but now the cars clearcoats messed up like it looks very dull and VERY hazy.

Get a 2000 grid sand paper (worn ones are better), sand it down with water untill everything is smooth (where scrathes were), then bufffed it with abrasive/buffing coumpund, harder and softer a little at a time.
If you are inexpirienced get the panel shop to do it! its about half hour work, say at $20-30 and its worth it, it it is badly scrathed and can't be buffed (not enough paint left) then you have to spray clear coat if the scrathed has not got into the base coat. I hope it helped.

yeah i doubt very much it needs anything more then some polishing with a machine. Wet sanding is most likely not needed!!!!!!!!!
