Brake clearance cannot be determine from those specs alone. The curvature of the spokes plays a factor and there is no wheel spec that measures that.

Don't buy those. Wont look good and also those proposed spacers size are so small.
20mm spacer to front and 30mm to rear, would make the wheels fairly close to fender and not look sunken. Here is a example 18x8 et 20 front and 18x9 et22 which will extend to same point as 18x8 et10. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...0&postcount=11
