how to send directions from iphone to car

without getting on laptop or desktop, you can send directions directly to phone using iphone maps app by saving location as contact. then you can access your contacts from car and voila.

I also use the my BMW remote app to push an address to my car.

It a little tricky. First you search for an address or place, then tap red drop pin and expand address by selecting blue arrow, you will now get option to send to car.
