I need touch up paint for Crimson Red - I can't get it

I've tried to get touch up paint for my '07 Crimson Red 335 Sedan but the dealership keeps telling me that BMW is having problems making it available due to quality issues. I have a couple of chips and need to get them fixed. The part number I have for the Crimson Red touch up paint is 519-10-415-657.

I appreciate any help or suggestions on there to find it.

Your the not the only one i've been waiting on my touchup paint too for awhile. The little chips I had are getting bigger. If anybody has touchup paint in crimson red I need it, I already have the clear just need the paint.

I bought touchup paint from paint scratch and its actually pretty good. The paint and the clear comes in a flow pen, that makes applying it much easier.
