REMUS QUAD EXHAUST on an F30 328i
Hey guys I'm FrankiE90 from E90post.
Wanted to introduce myself to those of you that don't know me. hello. this is not my F30. but I was in the neighborhood when this exhaust was installed at Long Tran's. Pulled the camera out took some photos and shot a sound clip. A spanking brand new AW Msport F30 FTW! Install was straight forward, fitment is great. The tips are clean - overall a very classy mod for the F30. You can easily put back ur stock exhaust if needed. BEFORE PICT - looks brand new to me. As you can see the stock can / pretty heavy the quads lay'd out - axle back remus logo on the tips yes for a 328i F30 i'm sure it fits for a 2013 as well. this is where you cut and attach the remus exhaust to. clamp came with exhaust. thank god. tips being adjusted... Ivan adjusting... there's no way to say this right. self adjusting in progress - nohomo it's on! yes the diffuser needs to be trim'd - professional install highly recommended. but diy is always encouraged. peek-a-boo final tip adjustment from the modfather and ivan -- again no right way to say it... adjusting tips is just part of modd'n. SOUND CLIP and nothing else. enjoy. I have to say the MSPORT on the f30 looks excellent. for those of you that don't have msport - i have to say consider get'n the kit. Looks so clean. happy mod'n

Debadge it and you're in business.
Am I the only one that thinks the owner should have just bought a 335i in the first place. I mean, I'm sinking cash into a 335i M-Sport with M-Performance parts and being to think, I should just save another 12 months and buy a real new gen M3. If I was my own buddy or coworker, I'd start calling my rig a faux-M. Gets to a point where it's a bit silly. That said, it looks great and when the camera was very close to the pipes, sounded great. |

Geez, I don't understand some of the comments in this thread. I've had cars with quads and some owners would change those to single exhausts. They weren't trying to fake anything. Its all about finding an aftermarket option that you like and that's why there are different styles for different people.
I for one like the sound of this exhaust and could care less if its single, dual, or quad exit. |

I had an M Coupe, with all four stupid exhaust tips. I debated a single sided exhaust, but ultimately didn't care enough to address it. Over stylized exhaust is just a personal pet peeve, if others like it, that's great. It just reminds me of mid-80's GM with six or eight fake exhaust tips on many cars. Of course the recent BMW trend of putting a transverse can with multiple tips on both sides is similarly annoying. |

I think it's simply something aesthetic and improve the sound.
A symmetrical exhaust tip is prettier than only on one side. It's as if there were only headlights on one side of the front.... : D

yep. Like a Mazdaspeed 6 with fake dual exhaust
nothing wrong with that, as long as its functional.

When are they going to have Remus exhaust come out for the 335I?
When are other exhausts coming out for 335? Vanguard? Challenge? Any others in the workings? |

I think it looks great. Looks very neat and fits the cars apearence. Honestly I didn't enjoy reading all the downer comments... Maybe some of us wouldn't install it and it might be heavier or fake or not be serving any purpose..., but the guy wanted it that way and he installed it and someone was nice enough to post on here to share it with everyone.
