Repaint front bumper with aero lip betalinked

Can this be done? I can't remove the aero lip since its betalinked to the bumper... How would a body shop repaint the whole bumper, lip and all?

probably mould the lip onto the bumper by filling in all the gaps and then painting it as one piece.

my guess that it will cost quite a bit more
