n20/n26

Hey guys, so I've found that the n20 has parts like downpipes, intakes, jb1, etc.. but I was wondering if those parts fit the n26.. For all you n26 drivers out there, what engine mods are you guys running?

Wondering the same thing. Any one know if exhaust for the n20 will fit on the n26? I saw that aFe exhaust isn't compatible but I was unsure if the same issue occurs with all of the available aftermarket exhaust for this car. From my understanding, however, the bms tune will work on the n26 but n20 downpipes and intake (at least aFe) aren't compatible. Though I have heard of some people developing a dp and intake for it. Forgive my ignorance, I am very new to modding cars, hence the nae.

exhausts for the n20 and n26 are different as well as the downpipes, i think only intake and tunes are compatible.

The N26 requires a different intake, downpipe, and exhaust. The BMS tune designed for the N20 will work properly with the N26.

However, if you plan on purchasing a downpipe and exhaust at the same time, you could actually go with N20 DP & N20 exhaust - the only difference between N20 and N26, as far as exhaust is concerned, is the connection point between DP and exhaust. N20 has a slip on style connection while N26 has V-band.

If you are looking for mods, www.evolutionracewerks.com currently offers an N26 specific intake & downpipe. May not be listed on their website but talk to one of their dealers, give them a call, or send them an email and I'm sure they would be happy to help you out.

I wanted to bring this thread from the dead...

Will the same cold air intake system work for the N20 and N26? Is there a vacuum line on the N26 that isn't on the N20?

I'm looking to start finding some more power from my N26 and trying to figure out the best mods!

Thanks!

N20,N26 almost exactly the same.
My N20 is finished, I switched to N26 and it worked perfectly.

Will probably depend on the brand of intake… I have the Injen Intake and I know that one for sure fits both the N20/N26….. My intake has a nipple that is capped that usually goes on a vacuum line from the N26.
