Removed dried compound off paint

I cant figure out how to get it off besides some hard elbow grease and IPA but it looks like the alcohol marred the paint so i want to repolish the section. Would a clay bar possibly do the trick??

tooth brush is def going to mar your paint. Where has the compound dried on?

try clay on the glass, if it comes off easily the same should work for the paint.

Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Regular and Nano Express both work wonders on dried-on compound!
