Just installed these myself over the weekend. Fairly easy with a drill. Brake pedal is metal that you have to drill into, start with a small drill bit and then use bigger bits to expand. Gas pedal is easy since its plastic. Sorry didn't do step by step as I was in a rush.

brake and gas pedal is $120. Foot rest alone is $120 I think.

I like it a lot. Ads contrast to the plane black rubber pedals

Looks great!

So just a question on install. Do you literally put these over the existing rubber pedals and simply drill them in?

These were a gift from the fiancé, so don't know where she got them.

The box says part number is
35 00 2 232 278

Brake pedal. Remove current rubber, put on new rubber. Drill holes, and then mount the stainless steel cover. This is a nut and screw bolt set, so drill hole a little bit bigger than the screw.

Gas pedal. Remove adhesive, stick to existing plastic pedal. Drill holes, drill bit a bit smaller than screws, as it is threading screws, and then screw tight.

I have the m sport so the footrest was already standard.

I've done similar on my E46, it's not too bad. The medal pedals do take some time, but once you get through it's easy.

I will probably end up doing these to my 335i. They look nice.

You indicated it looks great. How about the usage? The metal provides any better feel than stock pedals?

Can't really comment on the feel. As I only had 50 miles before the install.

Does it ever feel like your foot might slip off? I am worried about my wife and her heals.

Not at all. The break pedal has raised rubber for grip.
