Need a good place to tint lights

I have a 2008 e92. Looking to make the white lower part of my taillight black and to tint the white side reflectors as dark as possible. I was referred to "Jon's tinted tails" but they are not answering emails or calls. Any recommended top notch places? Don't recommend window tinting places because they do not tint any curved surface like the side markers. Thanks
