OEM Performance Spoiler vs Replica

Does anyone know whats the difference in terms of materials being used to make the OEM Performance Spoiler in contrast to the replica? Are they both CF wrapped over FRP materials?

There are a few different replicas out there. The best one I've seen is the JL-motoring one, which kicks just as high as the OEM one, and is hollow inside just like OEM. In the past, I purchased a replica from ebay and it was not hollow, and didn't kick as high. That one was probably FRP with CF over it.

Even the OEM one is hollow inside? Does that mean it is more prone to breaking/cracking? What material is the OEM actually made of?

OEM is made out of pure CF does that mean it breaks easily when bent/dented? Thanks!
