Hey guys just a quick question. I just purchased a M3 replica bumper for my e90 and am wondering if the stock bumper HID fog lights would fit the new bumper. I was told that I will need to purchase the 9006 HID kit along with a H11 to 9006 conversion harness, is this true?

I just wanted to double check with someone who has done this before I start purchasing stuff I don't need.

yes in order for the m3 rep fog lights to work you need the coversion harness

Thanks! will I need to buy a new 9006 FULL HID kit? in my old accord the the bulbs and the ballast were pretty much universal and I could swap them around between the fogs and low/high beams.

Please advise,

you dont need no full hid kit for the fogs, just buy the harness conversion and theres already bulbs in the m3 rep foglights
