Bluetooth not working
Just got a 325i and paired it with my Motorola Razr. That's great. What is not great is that it worked occasionaly when the car was started (recognized the phone, made/received calls) but now the car does not connect with the phone at all. Nothing's changed on the settings. Also, tried deleting the phone on the car menu then reprogamming it. It links up (says ready, push ok, enter code on car and phone and name shows up on the radio display) but no connection. The bluetooth indicater on the phone never starts bleeping like it does when connected earlier. Any ideas?

when was your car manufactured? I have a May build car and had similar problems before I got the CIP 19.x update.
Since I got the update I haven't had those problems any more. |

pdx,
do a search for CIP. Read the posts and you'll understand all about it. Basically, it's a software update for the car. If your car was built in September, it should have the latest version, but only the dealer can tell you. |
