Xenon went purple / expensive to fix and how?
Xenon went purple, now strobbing and goes off. See on pic.
EDIT: Is this the one I should shoot for as replacement? > OEM 4300K Philips Xenon Light Headlight HID D1S? Or we're talking potential new headlight unit? Excuse my ignorance but never had a car with xenons before that went bad!

good. Lets hope i dont need to buy it from dealer and can find one easily in shops like with halogen H7 or whatever. Was worried for a sec Im gonna have a a big bill to pay. So same with other headlights, replace both?

Replace both. You'll need a D1s. Install is fairly simple. It's not a halogen bulb so it won't be as cheap as just an H8 or H7 bulb change. It's not a big bill to pay though. Just a simple bulb change.
