My car is running great lately!
We don't have access to E85 in the Greater Toronto Area but I was really getting jealous of all the tuning that has been going on with it and the great results people have been getting.
So I decided to play with a mixture of 110 racing gas and 94 pump octane along with my regular 70/30 meth mixture. The results appear very similar to E85....albeit with a bit more cost involved Hopefully that part will be addressed real soon via a local race gas depot which is thinking of producing E85 locally. Here are the results. The car just loves to rev with this combo. I also suffered from chronic post-shift timing drops.....but haven't seen those in a while now unless I play around with fuel trims too much. Car just rips. Gotta love high timing. . . . . |

I have never seen such consistency in my car before. Been tweaking these maps for a while now and seem to have found the sweet spot. Even my wastegate compensation is less than 1% correction with boost control gain set to 54%. Everything is just so stable now |

Heh, the whole point here is E85 is significantly cheaper than race gas and pump gas at the expense of fuel economy.
Obviously, you'd have much better results mixing leaded race gas with 94 octane pump. It'll break your wallet with the quickness though, and completely unnecessary. And why are you not revving the engine out to 7000 RPM during a datalog?
