I want to buy a couple of products from them ( E90 M-tech front/rear bumper) but they NEVER answer their phone to answer my questions...I know most people have had good experiences with them but I'm hesitent now to purchase from a vendor who never answers their phone or return messages...any feedback??

They are not the fastest to respond but lets be honest neither are most of the vendors on here, however they sell a quality product and a reasonable price. So it's up to you to weigh up what more important.

email is the only way to get a hold of them, i have order msport bumper from them, got it in 2.5 weeks

And he's also busy on his end and I believe staffing is short and have been working on overdrive the past couple weeks. Still a good company.

These are my questions BTW if anyone can chime in..or even JG MODS can chime in would be better!:-)..with regards to the front bumper: http://www.jgmods.com/index.php/bmw/...html..it's says misc M-tech parts are needed to install this bumper..what are the part #s.Also I have an AA FMIC..will I need to do any further modifications for fitment?.

With regards to the rear M-tech bumper..http://www.jgmods.com/index.php/bmw/...per.html..does it come with the standard m-tecj difuser or will I have to purchase..would probably purchase the BMW performance m-tech diffuser anyways...thx in advance..
