E90 License Plate

I got pulled over for not having a license plate in the front, so I decided to just mount it on. But I don't want to drill holes

I have an E90 M3 rep bumper

What are some of my options? I know I can get the tow hook mount, but I don't know which one to get.

Also, if there are any other ghetto alternatives to mount the plate on, feel free to share LOL

I don't have their brand, but Rho-Plate seems to be one of the more popular ones. I have another brand, but they have been banned here.

i made a "L" bracket and some 3m tape to hold it up front w/ no holes drilled on the front bumper cover.

I have the rho on my m3 rep and it keeps loosening every week very annoying

Mounts under the area where the stock plate should mount, but no holes in the face of the bumper.
