wtb e90 OEM projector headlights

i am in a position to be able to change from my halogen lights easily, as the bumper will be getting replaced on my 2008 e90. so, i am looking for OEM projector headlights, with bulbs and ballasts. please let me know what you have, and a price. car goes in monday.
