Angel Eye Lighting Replacement
I am looking to replace the stock Angel Eye Lighting Replacement in my 2009 E92 Coupe.
The main competition I see (and correct me if I am wrong or feel free to add further to my dillema) are: Lux H8 V3 MTech DTech The wishlist for replacement lights should perform the following. Note that the list is not an absolute firm that it must perform all of the items below, but should meet a good list of this criteria: Bright white - no tinting of colour (firm on this) Are bright enough where the light does not bleed outside the AEs (firm on this too) Asthetically pleasing (yup, deffinetly firm on this, no way am I going to ghetto my BIMMER!!!) (I understand OSS is the best in the business for this, but very $$$) Will not blind oncoming traffic (I manually turn on and off my high-beams in my Civic during oncoming opposite traffic - something I learned in defensive driving) The bulbs will not dim over time Will not scorch or burn my headlights (got to be firm on this one - I like BBQ but not on my BIMMER) Is dimmable when turning on off (Lux H8 is out on this) Will not burn out in 5 years Any help from anyones experience would be greatly appreciated. If anything should be added to the wishlist, please feel free to comment. Thanks all!!!

What your asking for is DTech. They are 95% as bright as lux and do dim unlike the lux and happen to be 100$ cheaper.

Got the DTechs and installed them last week thanks to a youtube video by Russ1an. I was able to install the new AEs in about a half hour!!!
They look damn good and very impressive over the stock incandescent lighting!!! If anyone is still driving with stock incandescent colour lighting, make the move to White LED lighting to improve the look of your BIMMER. It will be money well spent!!!
