G'day all,

Can someone tell me if/how to remove the lower front grille & fog light grilles on a E92 LCI without removing the entire front bar?

I can't tell you specifically about the LCI model. But on my 09 E92 had to remove the whole front bumper when I swapped in black lower grills. The plastic tabs they are held in with gave me fits even though I had it off and in my lap to try and get them out. Removing the bumper also made it easier to replace my kidneys even though its possible to do it without removal.

was planning the same, did a little research, it seems that you have to remove the whole front bumper to get the lower valance off the bumper.

you can just push them out with light pressure on the plastic lock with your finger
