Fedora, anyone else on board?
I just learned that my 335xi is on the Fedora, currently docked at Southampton. Mine's being unloaded in Baltimore on the 19th. Anyone else on this ship?

Production ended 8/28. Odd though, CA told me my delivery may take 6-8 wks since its coming from SA plant (he actually said South America..huh??). But I type in my VIN in WWL site and it says built in Germany and on the Fedora. The BMW hotline still has me waiting at the port. Either my CA gave me the wrong VIN or he's just blowing me smoke...confused

Fedora docked at Baltimore about an hour ago. Prep, truck, and dealer from here on out. I don't think there's a way to track a vehicle at the VDC or on a truck, so it's just waiting from here on out.

Thanks. I doubt you'll have regrets. My last BMW was a 330i which had very few options and I really enjoyed that car. The heart and soul of the car is its performance, the extras are nice to have, but slim and sleek is awesome too and many choose to keep their car focused on the driving experience.

My convertible is on the Fedora headed for the canal on June 17th and Port Hueneme on June 26th. Can't wait, but have to. Hoping for early July delivery.

Nope.. According to WW those are still the ETA dates, but Marinetraffic.com showed the ship just south of the Dominican Republic 10 hours ago (so approx 180 miles closer to Panama right now). I can't imagine it taking more than 24 more hours to reach Panama.

By my calculations, even at 17 kts she's still early morning on the 17th PST and very close to the ETA of 1000 UTC on the 17th. Maybe my math is off. We will see. My main concern is the car clearing and getting out of Port Hueneme quickly and to the dealer.
