Pre-LCI E90 M-Tech front bumper install question

Since many of you have a lot of experience installing these bumpers, I had a question regarding the M-Tech front bumper install on my 2006 Pre-LCI E90 330i Sport 6MT.

I got an OEM M-Tech front bumper only and I know for a fact that I need the M-tech lower left, right, and center grills, E60 fog lamps, fog lamp supports, and tow hook cover (can I use the stock tow hook cover?).

My question is are the left and right M-tech fender liners, M-tech extended belly pan, and left and right M-tech lower lip "fins" necessary for install or can I make it work by using the stock parts? I have done many forum/Google searches on what's necessary and unnecessary and have gotten bits and pieces..

Thank you for your inspiration, time and expertise!

You can always do without the fog lights and grills if necessary, but to get a firm fitment, you will want the fender wells, and belly pan to make contact with the bumper so there's no vibration.
