Spark plug question

I looked around, but didn't see an answer.

Does anyone consider changing plus on the basis of seeing a noisy cylinder (lots of timing corrections)... Or do most just go based on mileage or misfires...

Just wondering

Are you throwing codes? I changed mine because I was at the 40k mile mark and because I was having misfires in cylinder 5.

I just changed mine do to the misfire, you might have better luck taking it to a mechanic who can diagnose the car, cause a noisy cylinder doesnt sound like it would have to do with spark plugs

pretty sure you'd start to see timing corrections (noisy cylinder) (I don't mean actually noisy, like with sound) as an early indicator of crappy plugs or coil. Just haven't seen anyone talk about it. My car has been running nicely, last set of plugs around 42k, about to hit 60k, FBO plus e85 ~40% map

I would change them after 18k or once a year.
