For Sale: DAB module
As above, i've removed the DAB module from my car after retrofitting a CIC system with DAB built in.
in A1 condition and fully functional. comes mounted on the tray that installs into the false boot floor behind the tool kit cover I couldnt be without DAB now, a cracking capability in your car. Its been removed from a pre lci e91 with logic 7 and CCC professional. £180 |

I have a 2009 e92 with Bluetooth, CIC. Apart from this module what else would I need. I presume an aerial and coding?

erm to be honest, you would need to talk to some on who has done it.
i have updated my car to a CIC that has DAB built in, however i do know that F30 retrofits are a module just like this in the boot. so it must doable with a cic unit. my assumtion is that you will need an aerial, aerial cable, and the harness to connect to your cic, which may already be there in terms of prep wiring. |

My LCI e90 without I drive has a very similar looking DAB module.
You may wish to look into whether this is CCC specific or whether this is a retrofit option for non iDrive guys.. Widens the potential market!

my unit looks identical to this:
http://www.auto24parts.com/en_GB/p/T...9C034-CH/25549 but the pn's is slightly different. having said that the SW/FW was updated at the dealers this week when i had the whole car done so i reckon it will work in an LCI |
