So I've been having issues and I hate to start a new thread but perhaps this will be relevant to someone else when using the search function.

So I quadruple checked all my fittings and vac lines on the cold side and when going for a drive I get no codes.

I can build a little boost, (Still have the boost issue and 30ff code) I'd say 5psi so when I am in boost and let off the gas peddle I hear a whoosh sound from the drivers side.

I have the cowl and filter off for now so I hear a lot more in the engine bay.(Those injectors are loud as hell) So is that whoosh the dvs? It's only when letting off the gas when in boost.

Any ideas?

Yep, that noise is coming from the DV's

With the cowl off the sound is much more pronounced.

So that sound is typical then and doesn't indicate a leak in the dvs?

I've done a boost leak test at 15psi from the hot side of the IC over and the dvs didn't make a peep so I'm guessing they're ok.

They car seems to build the first 5psi of boost fine but when it tries going past that it throws the 30ff code.

Are you hearing any sort of hiss or whoosh when you are building up to that 5 psi?

Problem found!!!

My front actuator became disconnected from the wastegate..

I was essentially running on 1 turbo
