Somebody on N54Tech dyno'd a 2011 z4 35i.....With JB4 and DCI and a 60/40 93/e85 mix and got 386whp | 422wtq...As for not throwing mixture codes, just keep trying from 30% - 50% and just stay with what makes you're car happy and not throw codes.

seems like a low # for an E85 N54 with JB4 tune (some owners are 400+rwhp, but they have DCI)

No mixing in slowly. Go add 5-6 gallons of E85 and fill up the rest with 93. Drive it around for 10 minutes or so and then swap to map 5. You will need to do a few 3rd gear pulls to allow it to adapt. The JB4 and stock ECU will continue to adapt as you drive it around and go to wide open throttle. As the JB4 tailors the map to your car, you will see the autolearn level number increase in the JB4 software. I would go ahead and fill up now and give the car some time to adapt to the changes in octane. It will be become noticeably stronger over the next couple of days.

I'll try it tonight. Does it work right away or do you have to remap for 5?
By remap, I mean put it to 4 or something then back to 5?

just leave it in Map 5 and do 2-3 WOT 3rd gear runs 10-15mins after pumping. You only need to go to the other maps (ex. Map 1) if you run out of the E85/pump gas mixture and refill with 91-93octane only.
