Help with angel eyes!

Does anyone know if my hartge lip needs to be removed to get to the angel eyes on the E90?

No.
You can get to them from the wheel well.

And you do need to remove the liner to get to the AEs.

Doesnt the lip cover the bolts under the bumper that need to be removed to take out the wheel liner?

depending on who made the lip you may have enough room.

There are 2 bolts under the lip that are Hard as hell to get to if you have the hartge lip. Good luck - it took me 30 minutes to get them both off ( Per side)
