central PA - best place for battery?

My local indy shop quoted me $300 for a battery replacement/registration

those are dealer prices!... Anyone know of a cheaper place to get a battery installed and registered? I may just end up forking out the $300 bucks or getting the dealer to do it since it would probably only be 50 dollars more there, if not about the same price.

I understand the batteries in these things can get pricey, but $300 bucks for a battery? C'mmmonnn Man! Ha, where are you guys going for batteries? Id rather not go to Walmart, Autozone is a maybe but I don't really want them working on my car - even if its just a battery install.

I would give Advance Auto Parts a call and see if they can do it. They install batteries for free.

Not sure about Advance installing [correctly], but I usually buy at least the battery from them b/c their site usually has good coupons. Right now, they're doing 25% off any battery (code: BATX) or $50 off anything above $200 (BIG50). Can end up getting a battery around ~$150 which isn't bad.
