Procede install need quick help
Is the service engine light supposed to be on when checking to see if the wiring is correct during the install? This is with the bridge on around 7:50 mark on the video?
Thanks in advance

NO... if the bypass plugs are in, you shouldn't throw CEL's. Re-check your wiring!!

The C Reader plugs in next to the hood releaser. Read the code and then look in the book to see what the code means.

Yeah it rocks, drove around the neighborhood a bit... Rolling starts are completely outta hand now, w/o traction control things get crazy quickly. I fully disabled dtc/dsc and took some corners hard, had my friends holding on for life. They had a blast, plus it made for a interesting evening installing the procede.
edit: Does the C-Reader clear all codes when you plug it in?

Installed mine tonight too. The box adds pep. I let a friend, that helped install it, drive for a while. During first WOT, one of his comments summed it up best: "are you KIDDING me!" Looking forward to more with v2.0.

I have the old version of the c-reader (the one without any buttons on it), and if you let the code flash four times after it counts 4-3-2-1- and then displays the code "Pxxxx." After the fourth time of doing this it will clear the code that it displayed.

To keep the code?
So to keep the code(if needed for actual service) unplug it before the countdown finishes? On a side note, anygood on-line instructions for the C-Reader?

It has to go through 5 cycles before it will clear the code. So it has to say launch 1-2-3-4-5 a total of 5 times before it will clear a code.

Hmmm... is this with the new c-reader? With my old one it only takes 4 cycles.
