Garage detail light?

So I have been looking online, but for some reason I cant find a light for detailing in the garage. My garage is pretty dark when the lights are on and I need a good light to see what im working with, along with the swirls. I cant find those dual lights with the metal cage along around the lights that are on a stand that I can raise and lower. Can you provide me a link for it, or any other recommendations. I cant believe I cant find any online I must be dumb

Thanks guys

That's actually a pretty good find. I'm also in the market for one plus one of those rolling carts for my gear.

I use this worklight from Lowes:

http://www.lowes.com/pd_320775-337-T...=174.59.68.205

The bulbs that come with it are crap and don't last very long.
I replaced them with some quality Philips bulbs from Homedepot:

http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1...&storeId=10051

I'm very happy with this setup because:

- everything is locally available
- it's affordable
- the Philips bulbs are long lasting (have them for over a year now)

Is it a good swirl finder? How hot does it get in the garage?

Lighting is very good, no problems to find swirls.
No matter what halogen lights you use, they can get pretty hot in general.

How easy are the bulbs to change?

Remove 1 screw with your screwdriver, remove old bulb and insert new one......very easy
Just make sure you don't touch the bulbs (wear some vinyl gloves).

OP how big is your work space? I find the one light versions work well in limited space but if you have the room two lights works very well. They throw off a significant amount of heat so very nice in winter not so in summer. Bulbs and housing get very hot, so always change bulbs when cool and do not touch oils from your fingers cause problems and bulbs to burn out. Lowes, HD,Menards etc all have the lights watch for some ads and get them then.

If you can find a LED light, it'll work best. Those halogen ones get very hot and will actually heat up your garage a little. I got a nice one at the local home supply store.

My dad bought me two of these.

Work pretty well to place around the car to light up the section you are working but not great for swirl finding.
