MTECH (or similar) Front Bumper

Ideally I would like to find a mtech front bumper with these specs (I understand it is going to be very hard to find one for sale like this however I am open to options with bumpers not including all this criteria).

• Color: Jet Black
• Pre-LCI OR LCI (as I may do the conversion)
• OEM or similar. **I do not want fitment issues**
• No fiberglass or similar materials
• Prefer SoCal location
• Good condition

If an LCI bumper I would also be interested buying Hood, Grille, etc) obviously SoCal only
