M sport exhaust for 335i?

M sport exhaust for 335i?
Is it a weld in or direct bolt on replacement cat back? Every diagram I find it just shows the muffler with 2 exhaust tips.

No one on here has an f30 m sport exhaust? I find that hard to believe? Someone? Anyone? Im just trying to figure out if its a weld in muffler and there has to be cutting and welding? If its a direct catback bolt on I will do it myself.
